Government, school &colleges levels earn while learn schemes have implemented to support poor and needy students pursuing their studies at some levels in the country. Under the scheme, it is not necessary to provide accommodation, books and food for students coming from poor families free for charge but to motivate &guide them to engage themselves in art-time jobs related to their chosen courses or others in free time. The aim is to foster an environment that provides opportunities that promote excellence and lifelong learning. Learning must not only take place in classroom but in the work place. The new generation has changed its approach to life. Youngsters are prepared to do part-time jobs or summer jobs, which is a common thing these days in their free time. Such assignments not only earn the youngsters money but also give them experience different things which can be useful in their life and career.
